Hi coaches/players, as the old saying goes better late than never.    We are opening the smaller of the two NEW FIELDS up on High Road/corner of Carmel Cres starting tomorrow night (Monday July 29th) for practices only this week to U11 and U13 teams and hope to open the bigger one before end of week to U13 & U15 teams.

You can begin booking thru Scott, Darren and Steve as Barry will be away until Thursday evening.

WE ASK ALL OF OUR BASEBALL PEOPLE TO SHOW ALL RESPECT TO THE NEIGHBOURS IN THIS COMMUNITY SUB/DIVISION, they are our neighbours, friends and baseball parents also – some simple common sense rules we ask.

  • Under no circumstances is there to be any speeding over the speed limit on any streets leading up to the ball fields, watch for kids, walkers etc.
  • Please use on site parking, if you absolutely must park on the street YOU MUST park on the side of streets on same side of road as the ball field, HRM will be posting No Parking signs soon as the sides of the roads with houses on them.
  • There is a shortage of porta potties everywhere right now, we have them ordered and hopefully come soon.
  • Until we can get garbage cans up there please take all garbage with you.

We welcome all ideas but remember these fields/site are still being worked on and more is coming (bleachers, porta potties, garbage cans, benchs etc etc)

Thank you to the many volunteers who made this happen, we will prepare plans for a Formal Opening and First Pitch soon.
